Kaag Villas

In the summer of 2023, we provided financing for our subsidiary, Rebirth Development, which is overseeing the development of new vacation homes at EuroParcs Kagerplassen.

The park is located in the natural heart of the Netherlands, the Groene Hart, near Warmond and directly by the Kagerplassen. All vacation homes are situated on or near the water.

These homes offer a blend of luxury, tranquility, and relaxation, while the surrounding area provides a great base for day trips to cities like Leiden, Haarlem, The Hague, or Amsterdam.
