Constructed in 1882, the historical building located in The Hague’s Archipelbuurt has been home to notable residents, including Mayor Patijn, Mayor Karnebeek, and Nobel Prize winner Tobias Asser. For the past 30 years, the building housed the renowned communications agency Winkelman and Van Hessen.
