Our Journey in Real Estate

YOUNG Real Estate Investments has a rich history in the property market, marked by a series of successful projects and a commitment to growth and innovation. Our story began over 15 years ago and has since evolved into a robust portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

OUR HISTORY

2009

The journey started with the purchase of our first property, a building with four apartments in The Hague, using our initial savings. This marked the beginning of our investment strategy focused on long-term value and careful asset management.

Central Parkstraat

2009-2011

During these early years, and consistently throughout subsequent years, we executed dozens of real estate projects annually. From starting small, we steadily scaled up to larger and more complex developments, reflecting our growing expertise and ambition.

2012-2015

Our commitment to expanding our project scope continued, with each year bringing new opportunities and challenges. This period was marked by an increasing number of projects, further solidifying our presence in the market.

2014

Expanded to a larger-scale project in the city center of The Hague, where we developed 40 student housing units, laying the groundwork for our expertise in student accommodation.

Seven Cities office campus

2016

Acquired the 13,500 m² property known as Seven Cities in Rijswijk. Initially intended as a student campus, the project was reimagined and developed into office spaces due to municipal regulations. Within a year, the property was fully leased and later sold, showcasing our ability to adapt and execute successful real estate strategies.

2017

Entered PropertyNL’s prestigious “Top 100 Developers” list, a recognition we proudly maintained through 2020. This honor reflects our dedication to quality, innovation, and growth in the real estate sector.

Residential Portfolio

Over the years, we have developed more than 800 residential units in the region, cementing our reputation as a key player in the market. Our focus has always been on creating high-quality living spaces that meet the demands of modern urban life.

Active Asset Management

Currently, we continue to manage a robust real estate portfolio, ensuring our assets are well-maintained, fully leased, and optimized for value creation.

2024

In 2024, we are expanding our footprint into the Spanish market, seeking to acquire our first properties in Spain. We are actively exploring investment opportunities and are open to co-investors who share our vision of creating and managing high-quality, profitable real estate ventures.
